Processing services
In our processing services model, clients manage payroll on the BSH-hosted platform with their own staff. BSH’s responsibilities include:

On-premise services
Some clients prefer hosting the full BSH platform on their own infrastructure, allowing their staff to manage payroll in-house. In this model, BSH’s role includes:

Flexible Tax Engine
A dynamic tax and social security engine allows rapid adjustments to statutory rules and easy onboarding of new countries. BSH currently manages tax and social security regulations across 11 core countries in the Middle East, Asia, and Africa, consolidating data seamlessly at entity, country, or client level.
